We have plenty of games to train memory, attention and thinking.

Exercises for concentration, logic, observation and reaction speed. Plus memory techniques and good articles on how the brain works.

Vim, a cream star with a mint edge, hops along a path of stepping stones through green hills toward a spark on the horizon.

What is inside

  • The daily circle

Three, five or seven games picked for the skills you chose. The cells close in any order, and a missed day breaks nothing.

  • Seventeen games

Each is about one thing: adding in your head, holding positions in memory, remembering a robot’s route, spotting what changed in a room, finding the logical chain.

  • Five memory techniques

The memory palace, the number code, names and faces, the chain and remembering yesterday. Short courses, and each ends with a check so it sticks.

  • The Path

A map of your weeks: stages, goals and what you did on each of them.

Games by skill

The catalogue is sorted by what each game trains. Start with the skill you want to pull up; the circle will mix in the rest.

Memory techniques, taught properly

A technique is a short course of a few steps with a test at the end, and a game to practise it in.

  1. Memory palace

How to remember twenty words in a minute and a half: every word becomes a picture in its own place, by the door, by the mirror, in the kitchen.

  2. The number code

Every number gets a picture made of sounds. Ten consonants and images, and phone numbers stop slipping away.

  3. Names and faces Free for everyone

Remember a name from the first meeting by hooking it to one feature of the face.

  4. The chain Free for everyone

A list through images: link each item to the next with a scene that is a little absurd, and the whole list comes back in order.

  5. Remember yesterday

Recall the details of a day and find what you have lost, by walking back through it from memory the right way.

A cut-away doll’s house with a dotted route running through its rooms; Vim stands at the front door pointing the way, and oddly placed objects glow on the route.

A missed day breaks nothing. Your progress stays yours, on your device.

Questions

How does the subscription work?

It is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store: a month, three months, a year, or a year for the family, which is you and four more people. Apple charges your Apple ID, and you cancel in your Apple ID settings at least twenty-four hours before the period ends.

Which languages?

Right now English, Russian and Georgian. More languages are coming soon.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet, but we are working on it.

Will this make me smarter?

We do not promise that. Vímary is a trainer, not a medical tool. Regular practice makes you better at the games and at the techniques, and the techniques work in life the way they do in the app. Beyond that we make no claims.
